Ignoring the video saying the passenger seat procedure is the same as driver( a few wires, side cover or n my model) this product was great. I was almost hoping for a service call to give it a test ride. Fast shipment, exact fit, feels good. Will follow up in a month or two. Have a 1 hour total commute daily with many short trips across a smaller city.

Dear Customer Service Team, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS OUTFIT, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND YOU THE FULL AMOUNT! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent order I placed with The Seat Shop. Unfortunately, my experience has not met the expectations I had when I chose to purchase from your company. I ordered a seat using the VIN number as instructed, yet received the wrong item completely. This error is especially frustrating as it has caused additional costs and delays in my project. I was informed that I made a mistake in my order, although I followed the provided guidance carefully. Furthermore, I was disheartened to learn that resolving this will take an additional four weeks, and I found it disappointing that there is no option for expedited shipping despite this being an error in fulfilling my order. Given these circumstances, I feel that I will not be returning for future purchases and I will cancel my current order. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab that has 200,000 miles on the drivers seat. I tried The Seat Shop after getting burned on a couple of lessor online sellers. The seat covers matched perfectly with the OEM color and style and the seat cushion fit perfectly. The whole installation took about an hour and half thanks to the clear videos.

Nice all inclusive website gets you the perfect match. How 2 vids and serv is nuts too. Said 6 weeks got it 1. Local bidness.. picked mine up. They have inclusive install videos and a list of recommended seat techs that ranks them by zipcode. Update: Had it installed today and its really firm in comparison which was the main thing i wanted.. Really complex with all the wires, air, heat, clips, bolts and junk everywhere. Did an amazing job. He even took care of a couple spots on the rest of the int
